Looking to gain classroom experience without the responsibilities of lesson planning?

Academics is working closely with secondary schools throughout Tunbridge Wells who are seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to provide day-to-day and short-term classroom cover.

This role is ideal if you're considering a career in teaching or enjoy working with young people in an educational setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising lessons using work provided by teachers.
\n
• Managing classroom behaviour.
\n
• Keeping students engaged and focused.
\n
• Supporting schools with daily cover requirements.
\n

• Confidence working with secondary-aged students.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills.
\n
• A flexible and dependable approach.
\n
• An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
\n
