A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join its Nottingham team. Sustainability shapes real project decisions, collaboration is part of everyday life and good people are trusted to develop.

What you’ll do

• Deliver feasibility studies, cost plans and cashflow forecasts

• Prepare tenders, valuations, cost reports and final accounts

• Support projects from inception through to completion

• Advise public-sector and commercial clients

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Building Surveyors and technical specialists

• Build client relationships and contribute as the service grows

What we’re looking for

• Quantity Surveying degree or related qualification

• Consultancy experience across pre and post-contract duties

• Around five years’ industry experience preferred

• Working knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts

• Strong communication, organisation and commercial judgement

• Progress towards RICS, CIOB or APM is advantageous

• Interest in sustainability, lifecycle costing, M&E or renewables welcomed
