This is a role where you'll play a key part in shaping future operations, supporting major projects and helping deliver improvements that will have a lasting impact on business performance.The roleWorking closely with operational and engineering teams, you'll provide technical expertise across manufacturing activities, process development and improvement initiatives. You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects, from feasibility studies and process optimisation through to new product introduction, commercialisation and plant improvement programmes.Key Responsibilities• Provide process engineering support across manufacturing operations.• Lead and contribute to feasibility studies and development projects.• Identify and deliver process optimisation and performance improvement opportunities.• Support product scale-up and commercialisation activities.• Participate in process safety reviews and risk assessments.• Support regulatory and compliance requirements.• Mentor and support less experienced engineers.• Contribute to strategic growth and business improvement projects.What we’re looking for• Degree-qualified chemical/process engineer or relevant technical qualification.• Experience within a complex batch heavy manufacturing process or chemical plant. • Strong understanding of process improvement and operational support.• Experience contributing to safety, compliance and risk management activities.• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships across teams.• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a desire to make a tangible impact.Why Apply?This is an opportunity to join a business that is investing in its future and its people.
