Established property company is looking to recruit a Management Accountant for their highly performing finance team. Based in London, this role is a good mix of Financial and Management accounting tasks.

Established property company is looking to recruit a Management Accountant for their highly performing finance team. Based in London, this role is a good mix of Financial and Management accounting tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing management accounts
\n
• Preparing year end statutory accounts
\n
• Leading audit process
\n
• Preparing quarterly flash reporting
\n
• Overseeing financial ledgers
\n
• Supporting budget process and preparing budget journals
\n
• Supporting payroll process and associated reconciliations
\n
• Supporting tax team on queries and requests for information
\n
• Ad hoc tasks as required
\n

The candidate

\n
• Accountant with up to 2 years pqe (CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
\n
• Ideally practice trained with industry experience
\n
• All round accounting skills including statutory and management accounts preparation
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Ability to manage various tasks and prioritise workload
\n
• Commercially aware
\n
• Advanced IT skills
\n
