The Role\nAs an Accounts Manager / Client Manager, you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted adviser across statutory accounts, corporation tax and wider business matters. You'll also play a key role in supporting and developing junior members of the team while helping the practice continue its impressive growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Managing a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses across multiple sectors. \n
- Reviewing and preparing statutory accounts for limited companies. \n
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns. \n
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing practical commercial advice. \n
- Reviewing the work of junior accountants and supporting their development. \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve client service and add value through advisory work. \n
- Working closely with the Partners to support business growth and client retention. \n

- ACA or ACCA qualified. \n
- Significant experience within UK accountancy practice. \n
- Strong technical knowledge of statutory accounts and corporation tax. \n
- Previous experience managing a client portfolio. \n
- Comfortable reviewing work and mentoring junior staff. \n
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
