\nReed Finance are proud to be partnering with a market-leading organisation seeking to appoint an experienced FP&A Manager to join their high-performing finance team.
\nThis is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to drive financial insight, influence strategic decision-making, and partner closely with senior leadership.
\nThe Role
\nAs FP&A Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation’s financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy while delivering meaningful insights to support business growth.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Leading the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting (quarterly and rolling) \n
- Developing and maintaining robust financial models to support strategic initiatives \n
- Producing high-quality board packs with clear and insightful commentary \n
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and decision-making \n
- Overseeing month-end analysis and performance reporting \n
- Managing cashflow forecasting, working capital, and capex reporting \n
- Identifying and implementing process improvements across finance \n
About You
\nTo be successful in this role, you will be a commercially minded finance professional with a strong FP&A background.
\nYou will demonstrate:

- A recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent experience) \n
- Proven experience within an FP&A or commercial finance environment \n
- Strong financial modelling skills \n
- Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities \n
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights \n
