Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for a Corporate Support Manager to support our Chief Financial Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the heart of the organisation, providing high-level support to the Chief Finance Officer while helping to drive effective corporate governance. This role will mainly be based at our Roundhouse campus, including working at home and travelling between campuses as required.The OpportunityThis is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you'll play a pivotal role contributing to the effective governance of the College. You'll take the lead in supporting the CFO, coordinating key corporate processes, including contracts, risk management and external reporting, ensuring these are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. Alongside managing a Corporate Support function, you'll oversee the smooth running of corporate meetings, manage critical deadlines, and provide high-quality executive support across the organisation. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working collaboratively with senior leaders, and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the strategic and operational success of the College.About youYou will be a highly organised and proactive professional with experience providing high-level support to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines, you'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You'll be confident analysing information, preparing presentations and identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes. With exceptional attention to detail, a high level of discretion and a commitment to confidentiality, you'll remain calm under pressure while delivering outstanding support. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and use of AI, you'll also have experience coordinating projects and events, making you an invaluable member of the team.
