As part of our best-performing branch, you'll work on a busy, high-volume desk supporting established clients across the driving, logistics and manufacturing sectors, while also having opportunities to grow accounts and develop new business.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace of agency recruitment, thrives on building relationships, and wants to maximise their earnings while working within a supportive, successful team.About the RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing an established temporary recruitment desk, supporting major clients within the port, logistics, automotive and manufacturing sectors.You'll work closely with clients and associates to ensure workforce requirements are met, shifts are filled, and service levels remain exceptional.While there is an element of sales and business development, this role offers a strong delivery focus, allowing you to generate significant revenue through an active desk and established client base. For ambitious recruiters, there is excellent earning potential and future progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a busy temporary recruitment desk across driving, logistics and manufacturing sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidatesCoordinate workforce planning and fill shifts for a high-volume temporary workforceSource, screen, interview and place candidatesConduct inductions and ensure compliance standards are maintainedVisit clients and support on-site recruitment activitiesDeliver exceptional service to clients and associatesIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new businessWork towards individual and team targets within a fast-paced environmentWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who understands the pace and demands of agency recruitment.
