Employment Solicitor – Leeds

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a well-established and growing law firm in Leeds. This role offers the chance to play a key part in the continued growth of a successful Employment department, working closely with senior leadership while building lasting relationships with local businesses and HR professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor looking to take ownership of a varied caseload, contribute to the development of the department and enjoy genuine long-term career progression within a supportive and collaborative firm.

You'll handle a broad mix of claimant and respondent Employment matters, managing your own files from instruction through to conclusion with the support of a dedicated paralegal or trainee.

Your caseload will include:

• Unfair dismissal claims

• Discrimination matters
\n
• Settlement agreements
\n
• Employment Tribunal proceedings
\n
• Contracts of employment and service agreements
\n
• Redundancy and restructuring advice
\n
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
\n
• HR advisory work for business clients
\n
• General employment law advice for both employers and employees
\n

Alongside fee-earning responsibilities, you'll work closely with senior management to help develop the Employment department, strengthen relationships with local businesses and professional referrers and contribute to the firm's continued growth.
