Locum Family Therapist

Total Assist Recruitment have an exciting locum opportunity for an experienced Family Therapist to join a specialist mental health clinic in West Sussex for 2 days per week.

The service provides specialist inpatient care for adults with eating disorders and offers a highly supportive multidisciplinary environment focused on recovery and evidence-based treatment.

The role will involve:

• Delivering systemic family therapy interventions for patients and their families.
\n
• Completing family assessments and developing collaborative treatment plans.
\n
• Working closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
\n
• Attending MDT meetings and contributing to care planning.
\n
• Providing specialist advice and support to colleagues where appropriate.
\n
• We are keen to speak with experienced Family Therapists with eating disorders and/or mental health experience. The client may also consider a Psychologist with a strong Systemic Therapy background for this position.
