About the Role
\nWe are recruiting experienced Support Workers to work across a variety of adult and children's services, including residential homes, supported living, and community-based settings.
\nYou'll support individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, emotional and behavioural needs, and complex care requirements.
\nWe offer short-term and long-term placements, with a variety of shift patterns available, including:

- Day shifts \n
- Waking nights \n
- 24-hour shifts \n
- Weekday and weekend work \n

\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Providing person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs \n
- Encouraging independence and promoting choice \n
- Assisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and household duties \n
- Supporting individuals to access the community and attend appointments \n
- Building positive, professional relationships with service users \n
- Administering medication where trained and required \n
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns \n
- Promoting safeguarding, dignity, respect, and the highest standards of care at all times \n
Pay & Benefits

- £13.50 per hour – Day rate \n
- £15.50 per hour – Waking Night rate \n
- £62 - Sleep-in Rate \n

Requirements
\n- \n
- Minimum 3 months' experience as a Support Worker \n
- Experience working with adults and/or children in residential, supported living, or similar care settings \n
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude \n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills \n
- Right to work in the UK \n
- Enhanced Adult & Child DBS (or willingness to obtain one) \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or similar \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
