Assembly Operative

Location: Rainham, EssexAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an Assembly Operative to join a busy and growing team in Rainham. • Assembling components following clear instructions and quality standards
\n
• Building, testing, and packing finished products
\n
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
\n
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
\n
• Following health and safety guidelines, including use of PPE
\n
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
\n
• Reporting any issues and suggesting improvements where possible
\n

What We’re Looking For\n

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
\n
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
\n
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately
\n
• Basic computer skills
\n
• A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Good organisation and time management skills
\n
• Willingness to carry out repetitive tasks and stand for periods of time
\n
