Registered Manager - Children's Home

You'll lead by example, providing stability, guidance and encouragement while making sure the home is a place where children feel secure, respected and able to reach their potential. • Extensive experience in residential childcare
\n
• Previous experience managing and supervising staff
\n
• Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent
\n
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
\n
• A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
\n

You will receive:\n

• Salary of £51,731 - £59,606 with bonus potential up to £18,000
\n
• Relocation support of up to £5,000
\n
• 26 days’ annual leave, rising to 28 days after 4 years, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave
