As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Follow lesson plans provided by the school or confidently adapt learning where required.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.

• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

• Ensure pupils remain engaged and continue to make progress during teacher absence.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leaders.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
\n
• Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
\n
• Confidence teaching across a range of year groups is desirable.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
\n
