Technically, you will demonstrate a commercial knowledge of as many of the following as possible:

\n - Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+
\n - Windows 10+, Microsoft Office
\n - Microsoft 365 Administration
\n - Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Email)
\n - VoIP systems
\n - MS Teams and SharePoint Online
\n - Apple products
