Bid Coordinator
Job Description
KpH is recruiting a Bid Coordinator to join our Bid Team. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation, completion and submission of high-quality, winning bids.
\nThe Bid Coordinator will review, edit and proofread responses to create engaging, client-focused and compliant bid and tender submissions.
\nThis role will suit someone who can work collaboratively, take ownership and who is looking to grow and develop within a supportive environment.
\nKpH is a deconstruction and demolition specialist. Our multi-disciplinary team of over 300 operatives and professionals deliver deconstruction, demolition, strip out, structural and non-structural alterations, pre-refurbishment, pre-demolition and circular economy audits, and builders’ works services across multiple sectors. Since 2001 KpH has worked on some of the largest and most highprofile projects across London and the South of England.
\nDeliverables:
\n- \n
- Lead the preparation, coordination and completion of EOIs, RFIs, SQs, PQQs and ITT response \n
- documents, from receipt to submission \n
- Draft and edit responses using approved company content \n
- Create bespoke responses tailored to individual client requirements \n
- Support with the preparation of fee proposals \n
- Support with the creation of presentation materials \n
- Follow the bid process, including the bid/no bid and bid sign off processes \n
- Maintain bid tracking systems – recording enquiries and submission deadlines \n
- Coordinate information between team members and external stakeholders \n
- Create simple and effective visuals and graphics for inclusion in bid and presentation documents \n
- Proofread responses to ensure high-quality submissions, checking spelling, grammar, and \n
- readability \n
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, professionally formatted, free from errors and compliant \n
- with KpH brand guidelines \n
- Ensure all information is collated and submitted on time, every time \n
- Support post-tender feedback reviews and log feedback \n
- Maintain the bid content library – keeping standard responses and evidence (including CVs and \n
- case studies) up-to-date \n

- Previous experience in a bid and tendering, administration or project support role \n
- Excellent organisational skills \n
- Exceptional attention to detail \n
- Bid writing and bid editing \n
- Experience of developing win themes and translating them into responses \n
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills \n
- Confident communicator \n
- Experience of Microsoft Office \n
Desirable attributes:

- Experience within construction industry \n
- Experience of using Canva \n
- APMP certification \n
- Familiarity with tender portals and procurement processes \n
