Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active VA SLP licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
• Strong proficiency with hybrid and virtual service delivery
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to timely completion of credentialing requirements (VA Dept. of Social Services check and TB Test)

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy and related services to a diverse caseload of students across varying ages
• Split schedule: Deliver in-person therapy at school sites three days per week and conduct virtual sessions and meetings remotely for two days
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Flexibly adjust to assigned schools and caseloads as determined by district needs
