Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid license or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Florida
• CCC credential or current CFY status
• Experience or strong interest in working within school environments, particularly with high school students
• Ability to develop creative therapy activities and individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, parents, and interdisciplinary staff
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and effectively document progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a high school caseload
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that support students’ academic and social success
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to deliver well-rounded support
• Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in IEP meetings
