Controller Responsibilities:

• Financial Leadership & Reporting
• Private Equity & Stake Holder Reporting
• Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Finance
• Payroll, HR Admin & Compliance
• Process & Controls
• Cash Management & Working Capital
• Budget & Forecasting
• Team Development
• Systems and Scalability

Controller Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree, CPA preferred
• 5-8 years of accounting experience in a controller seat.
• Experience in a Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, or Industrial Environment
• Experience working with external auditors
• Experience working with a Private Equity backed firm, working at a company that was purchased by Private Equity, or previously working at a Private Equity Firm.
