Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students with speech and language needs in a welcoming school setting! This contract role spans the academic year from late August 2026 through May 2027. Working onsite, you’ll collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to helping children thrive.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid SLP license for schools and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to handle both caseload and case management responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Assume case management for 21 students, ensuring all documentation and compliance are met
  • Serve as the primary service provider for a total caseload of 76 students, with support from an onsite SLP-A several days each week
  • Collaborate with an in-house supervising SLP for coordinated support of SLP-A responsibilities
  • Engage with teachers, families, and support staff to create positive learning outcomes
  • Attend IEP meetings, contribute to planning, and maintain detailed records
