Job Description
Make a meaningful difference supporting students through individualized speech and language therapy in a collaborative school environment. This full-time, onsite contract role is ideal for travel professionals passionate about providing one-on-one support to help students reach their communication goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active California state SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Prior experience or strong interest in working within K-12 school settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy to students on a 1:1 basis
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintaining accurate records in compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines
- Engaging actively with parents and families to support student progress and address concerns
- Contributing insights and recommendations to help optimize students’ learning environments
