School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Sicklerville, New Jersey

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably working with PreK-3rd grade students
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of PreK–3rd grade students
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings as needed for speech and language concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs and implement strategies
• Write and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs); document student progress in accordance with school and legal standards
• Offer consultation and support for teachers to integrate communication techniques within the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding student development
