Qualifications:

• Current Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Active ESA Certificate required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to a carefully managed caseload of 50+ students, with cases thoughtfully divided among team members to ensure manageable travel between school sites
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to craft and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document progress, maintain student records, and contribute to IEP processes
• Support students’ motor, sensory, and functional skills in both classroom and individual settings
• Stay current with best practices and relevant state and federal regulations for school-based therapy
