Location: Georgia (100% Remote)
Employment Type: Part-time
Work Type: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with availability between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM (Weekend availability is a plus)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our clinic operations in Georgia. We are actively prioritizing Part-time candidates for this role
What You'll Do
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
• Provide caregiver training and consultation
• Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing data analysis
• Prepare progress reports and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with children and families in ABA settings
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise and mentor clinical staff
• Experience in clinic-based ABA services preferred
