Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a Physician Associate to join our busy and growing Neurosurgery practice in Bangor, Maine. Our team of experienced neurosurgery attendings and physician associates provide support and mentorship, making this an ideal position for a new graduate.
\nPosition Highlights:
\n- \n
- Flexible schedule with a 4- or 5-day workweek; call responsibilities are shared among all PAs \n
- Work in conjunction with a multi-specialty trauma program \n
- First assist in the OR, pre- and post-operative inpatient care and post-operative outpatient care \n
- Updated facility, operating room, and equipment including a state-of-the-art 3D C-Arm and image navigation system \n
- Support services include in-house hospitalists, stroke team, neurology, interventional pain, rehabilitation, diagnostic neuroradiology, fully staffed ICU, PICU, and NICU with dedicated intensivists \n
Compensation Information:

- $145,000-$165,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity \n
- The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc. \n
