Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $45 to $52, with flexibility based on experience.

- Continuing Education: Hygienists who have completed one year of service may receive reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 annually.
- Company-sponsored certification training, including CPR, Radiology, and Nitrous Oxide certifications. Selected employees may be reimbursed for eligible training/testing expenses needed for certification renewal.
- Provide direct dental care and related services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to every patient.
- Perform direct patient care tasks, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealant and fluoride applications, and other related procedures.
- Enhance customer service by identifying opportunities for Same Day Care.
- Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices.
- Evaluate patients' dental conditions and review their medical histories.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and organizational standards.
- Guide patients and their families through the treatment process.
- Assist with dental and periodontal charting as needed.
- Take x-rays and ensure they are properly saved in patient records when necessary.
- Provide memorable experiences for patients by demonstrating compassion and understanding.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR certification (BLS) from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including a hands-on skills assessment (required upon hire).
