\n A local manufacturing company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented graphic technician to join their team. This role combines creative design skills with hands-on production support in a fast-paced ceramic tile manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for color, strong Photoshop skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure the highest quality tile production.\n

Responsibilities:\n
\n -Create, adjust, and prepare graphics in Adobe Photoshop to meet production specifications.\n
\n -Partner with production, quality, and glazing teams to ensure accurate and consistent design execution.\n
\n -Perform regular quality checks on the production floor to maintain company standards.\n
\n -Troubleshoot issues with printing, glazing, and color variation during the manufacturing process.\n
\n -Maintain organized digital and physical archives of design files and production details.\n
\n -Assist with product testing, prototypes, and changeovers to ensure smooth production runs.\n
\n -Support safe work practices and follow company safety standards.\n
\n -Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n
\n -Flexibility to work night shifts as required.\n
\n
Requirements:\n
\n -Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n
\n -Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience with Wacom tablets preferred.\n
\n -Prior experience in ceramic tile, printing, or fast-paced manufacturing strongly desired.\n
\n -Strong attention to detail and excellent color perception.\n
\n -Comfortable working on both Mac and PC platforms.\n
\n -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.\n
\n -Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\n
\n -Effective communicator and team player.\n
\n -Flexibility to balance office-based design work with hands-on production support.\n
-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening\n
\n
Physical Requirements:\n
\n -Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (50 lbs. occasionally).\n
\n -Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, heat, and machinery.\n
\n
