Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Texas
• Certification as SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) accepted
• Experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow SLPs, SLPAs, teachers, and school staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Work closely with a supportive team, dividing caseload with another SLP and two SLPAs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring and documentation
• Offer consultation and support to teachers and families to promote student success
