Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in speech and communication disorders
• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool-age students in alignment with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders among early learners
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans for students with communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize each child’s progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and ASHA guidelines
• Caseload will align with ASHA recommendations, beginning with a smaller group and gradually increasing throughout the school year
