Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid NC SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy and intervention to support student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive outcomes
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely records in accordance with school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed
