  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department
    • \n
  • Schedule/Coverage: Beginning ASAC for 6 months with the option to extend. Provider must also be open to taking call - 7 pm - 7 am on weeknights (one night per week) and 7 am - 7 am (24-hour) on weekends (every 5th weekend on average). Either Sat @ 7 am - Sun @ 7 am or Sun @ 7 am - Mon @ 7 am

  • Case Mix: Heavy Ortho, General, Vascular, and Neuro cases. No Hearts, no OB, and no Peds
    • \n
  • Support Staff/Supervision: Medical supervision with occasional medical direction at a 1:3 or 1:4 ratio

  • Credentialing Time Frame: 30-60 days
    • \n
  • Active FL License: Required to present
