Neurologist

Our organization is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to become part of our team. This is a fantastic chance for both seasoned neurologists and recent graduates to build a fulfilling practice in the picturesque rural landscape of Vermont, within a close-knit community hospital.

Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Environment: Outpatient clinic with inpatient consultations
On-call Duties: No on-call responsibilities required

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Load: Manage 14-16+ patients daily
• Patient Demographics: Treat conditions such as seizures, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, tremors, stroke, headaches, back pain, arm pain, and various neurological disorders
• Procedures: Conduct EEG interpretations, administer IVIG, perform biopsies, nerve conduction studies, and EMG
• No operating room duties necessary

Required Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Neurology
• Experience with EMG is essential
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Comfortable with EEG interpretation and nerve conduction studies
