We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Endocrinology Physician to become part of our team in Muskegon, Michigan. This role presents an exciting chance to significantly contribute to the health of our community while thriving in a supportive, mission-oriented setting.

Position Overview

  • Employment Type: 1.0 FTE (flexible options available)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Work Location: Muskegon, MI
  • Specialization: Diabetes & Endocrinology
  • Hospital Support: On-call assistance for Grand Rapids and Muskegon hospitals
  • Team Composition: The Muskegon office includes 2 Endocrinologists, 1 DNP, and 5 support staff. The Grand Rapids location has 5 Endocrinologists, 4 APP/PAs, and 20 support staff (serving both locations), along with 2 CDCES RDs and 2 RN CDCES (accredited education program)
  • Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Involvement with Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows
  • On-Call Requirements: 6-7 weeks annually

Qualifications

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals
  • Must be board certified in the relevant clinical specialty or achieve certification within the timeframe set by the respective specialty board.
  • Required Fellowship: Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism
  • Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
  • DEA license required
