We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a full-service retail banking branch. This role is responsible for driving branch performance, developing staff, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong retail banking leadership experience, proven sales success, and the ability to coach teams toward measurable branch goals.
Responsibilities
• Lead daily branch operations, sales performance, customer service, and compliance standards
• Hire, train, coach, and develop branch staff to meet service and performance goals
• Drive deposit growth, new account acquisition, referrals, and cross-selling efforts
• Monitor branch performance, sales goals, staffing, scheduling, and workflow
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, audit standards, and security procedures
• Review and approve escalated transactions, exceptions, and customer concerns within authority limits
• Represent the branch in the local business community and support relationship-building efforts
Qualifications
• Recent experience as a Branch Manager or similar retail banking leader
• Strong background in retail banking, branch operations, sales leadership, and compliance
• Proven ability to coach teams, manage performance, and drive branch growth
• Experience with audits, operational controls, cash handling oversight, and regulatory procedures
• Strong knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services
• Proficiency with core banking systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
