Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, active OT license
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, especially with K-8 populations
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school sites
• Organizational skills and flexibility in adapting to a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to K-8 students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess and document students’ functional skills, sensory processing, and fine/gross motor abilities
• Collaborate with special education teams and general education teachers across two school sites
• Develop and implement strategies to support students’ participation in classroom and school activities
• Offer consultation and training to staff and families on accommodations and interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, evaluations, and contribute to student progress reports
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
