Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist License issued by the state of Virginia
• Experience delivering occupational therapy interventions in educational settings is highly preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support student learning and participation
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and adjust strategies that facilitate student success in the classroom
• Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Serve as a resource to families, sharing strategies to enhance carryover of skills at home
