Position Overview

Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking one experienced Electrical Foreman and one highly skilled Journeyman Electrician to help bring a commercial grocery store project in Idaho Falls back on schedule.

We are looking for electricians with strong commercial construction backgrounds who can step into leadership roles, manage crews, maintain project schedules, and keep production moving. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, coordinating with field teams, and maintaining high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

\n
• Lead crews and coordinate daily electrical activities on the job site
\n
• Execute work in accordance with project schedules and construction milestones
\n
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems
\n
• Bend and install EMT conduit and raceways
\n
• Pull wire and complete terminations
\n
• Install panels, lighting, devices, and distribution equipment
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings
\n
• Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and site safety requirements
\n
• Communicate effectively with project management, subcontractors, and field personnel
\n

Requirements

\n
• Active Idaho Journeyman Electrician license or the ability to immediately reciprocate
\n
• Proven commercial electrical construction experience
\n
• Foreman candidates must have experience leading crews and managing project schedules
\n
• Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and installations
\n
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
\n
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
\n
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity
\n

• Grocery store, retail, or large commercial construction projects
\n
• Crew leadership and scheduling
\n
• Project coordination and field supervision
\n
• Conduit installation, wire pulls, and terminations
\n
• Commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction
\n
