Novel OBGYN is a boutique, patient-centered gynecology and womens health practice dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized care in a modern, welcoming environment. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced provider who values clinical excellence, professionalism, and outstanding patient service.

\n

Position Highlights:

\n
    \n
  • Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • \n
  • Initial schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (8:30 AM5:00 PM)
  • \n
  • Opportunity to transition to full-time within 36 months
  • \n
  • Full-time applicants are also encouraged to apply
  • \n
  • Patient volume 16-25 per day
  • \n
  • Office-based gynecology
  • \n
  • No obstetrics, hopsital responsibilities or call
  • \n
  • Perform routine GYN exams, IUD insertions/removals, all aspects of Women's Health
  • \n
  • Record patient history and follow-up with patient
  • \n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • Florida-licensed NP or PA
  • \n
  • Gynecology or womens health experience preferred
  • \n
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Professional, dependable, organized, and patient-focused
  • \n
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the physician
  • \n
  • EMR experience (Athena experience is a plus)
  • \n

Requirements:

  • \n

    National NP or PA certification or ability to obtain

  • \n
  • \n

    Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain

  • \n
  • \n

    Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain

  • \n
  • \n

    CPR, BLS, and NALS Certification or ability to obtain

  • \n
  • \n

    Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans

  • \n
  • \n

    Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff

  • \n
  • \n

    Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
