Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist to become part of our dedicated team. Practice Overview

This outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of needs from spine and musculoskeletal medicine to rehabilitation following strokes, amputations, and general recovery. We are particularly interested in candidates who are keen on ultrasound-guided procedures, electromyography (EMGs), general rehabilitation, and spasticity management. Our clinic regularly performs a respectable volume of procedures, including:

• EMGs
• Ultrasound-guided interventions
• Neurotoxin injections
• Joint injections
• Trigger point injections
• Tenotomies
• Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy
• Capsaicin patches

Compensation Package

• Starting base salary: $300,000 with a 2-year guarantee
• Potential for additional earnings based on RVU production
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
• Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment assistance

Practice Details

• In May 2026, our outpatient clinic will move to a new, state-of-the-art medical office building, enhancing the patient experience by consolidating various services such as primary care, specialty care, outpatient imaging, lab services, and retail pharmacies.

• We are actively collaborating with a local university to establish a collegiate sports program and a Sports Medicine Center of Excellence, which will also offer comprehensive therapy services.

• This multi-disciplinary practice presents numerous opportunities for expansion.

• We are in the process of launching a virtual Spine Center, a joint initiative involving the PM&R, Neurosurgery, and Pain Management departments.

• Our work environment is cooperative, energetic, and friendly, with high satisfaction rates among patients, caregivers, and providers.

• Our experienced multi-disciplinary team includes a Certified Athletic Trainer and a fully equipped on-site physical therapy suite with a Physical Therapist.

• We handle approximately 12,000 patient encounters annually, with 95% being outpatient and 5% inpatient.

• Consultation calls are only required when Advanced Practice Providers are unavailable, with no weekend or holiday obligations.
