We are looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time provider (24-40 hours weekly) to join our team at the Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. This role is open to both nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and we encourage new graduates to apply.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $58 to $62, along with a no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-centered medical care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This role is essential in fulfilling our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
QualificationsApplicants for the Advanced Practice Provider role must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is required, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are mandatory.
A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
In states where permitted, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice, while PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Posted Salary Range: $58.00 - $62.00 per hour.
