Job Description
Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group practice with over 650 providers, currently looking for a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Kuna Clinic on a full-time basis. Situated in a rapidly expanding suburb of Boise, the Kuna Clinic is committed to delivering comprehensive care for patients across all age groups, from birth to end of life. Please note that this role does not involve obstetric care or inpatient responsibilities. The work schedule follows a traditional clinic model, Monday through Friday, with up to 34 hours dedicated to patient interactions and flexibility in the workweek. Call responsibilities are shared among Family Medicine physicians (approximately 1:35), and are conducted via phone with the assistance of a triage service.
We employ EPIC EHR and DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool, to streamline your daily operations and enhance patient care. Our support team includes dedicated Medical Assistants, nursing staff, population health resources, and referral services, ensuring a collaborative environment.
Additional services available at this location encompass Urgent Care, along with on-site digital x-ray and laboratory facilities.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
- Board certification or the ability to achieve certification within three years of employment
- Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
- Current registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA
