Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A hospital in Boston, MA is seeking a licensed pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations for an upcoming assignment. Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense and review medications for hospital inpatients in compliance with established protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes
- Monitor patient response and provide drug information as needed
- Maintain accurate records of medication usage and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Pharmacist License required
- Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with inpatient pharmacy preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system is ideal
