Embark on an impactful opportunity by supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a rewarding school-based setting near Santa Clara, CA. This full-time, onsite contract spans from August 13th to June 11th, providing a chance to make a difference throughout the academic year.

Essential Skills & Credentials:

  • Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing Language, Speech, & Hearing services, or a California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience delivering SLP services in a school setting strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication services to students across a diverse caseload
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate results to parents and educators
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ educational goals throughout the school year
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to educators and families to facilitate student success

This position offers a stimulating environment working with a dedicated team of professionals. The assignment runs for the school year, with onsite work only (no teletherapy or hybrid options). The role consists of 37.5 hours per week. Compensation for this contract is competitive.
