Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing services in Language, Speech, and Hearing or a California credential for Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working within a school-based team is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide holistic support for students.
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of progress and service delivery.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to staff and families as needed.
