Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active SLP license in Connecticut
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Preferred experience working with high school-aged students in an educational setting
• Strong evaluation, intervention, and therapy plan development skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language services to students on the high school caseload
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, assessments, and services
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and generalization of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and progress discussions
• Provide direct therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices
