ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Fountain, Colorado. Position Details

• Location: Fountain, CO
• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP)
• Clinical Fellowship Supervision: Provided
• Start Date: August 3, 2026
• End Date: May 28, 2027
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Grade Levels: Kindergarten–5th Grade
• Student Population: Mild to Severe Disabilities

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Colorado SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
