Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and goal development
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to travel between multiple sites within the district
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, student-centered care
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
- Deliver direct therapy, consult, and support services to students
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Travel onsite to multiple district schools as scheduled
