Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois (IL)
• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with the K-12 population is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an enthusiasm for multi-disciplinary teamwork
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to support diverse learning needs and foster student growth

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to K-12 students with varying physical and developmental needs
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and necessary compliance records
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure comprehensive support for every student
• Promote a safe and inclusive environment that enhances students’ participation in school activities
