With a 40-hour workweek, you’ll have time to focus on evaluation, therapy, and direct support while building strong relationships with students, families, and staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid Occupational Therapist License in Virginia
• Previous experience or passion for working in schools or with pediatric populations
• Adept at assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to students in individual and small group settings
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to maximize student achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop/implement student goals
