Paralegal
Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant or Paralegal to support a fast-paced probate, trust administration, and estate planning practice. This role is ideal for an organized professional with law firm experience who can manage administrative and legal support responsibilities while providing excellent client service.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a probate, trust administration, or estate planning environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional legal setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and legal support for probate, trust administration, and estate planning matters.
Assist with preparation, organization, and management of legal documents and case files.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and other parties.
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration.
Support attorneys with day-to-day practice needs.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
Prior law firm experience in probate, trust administration, or estate planning is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience.
